It's probably because your CMOS battery died.
What are the real world benefits of the 64 bit SAC system? performance? (and if so, how much?) compatibility? Placebo?
I'm using this for 4 stereo channels (I don't have an extra ADA8200), and the best I can get is 1x128 without dropping a lot of buffers. I haven't tried much to resolve, because for my purposes,...
I'm curious how you measured the impedance of the input? Since Impedance is affected frequency you can't just hook up a ohm meter.
Also, what did you have connected to the mic inputs?
Wierd, I had 3 of them at one point, with no issues. Good luck.
I used to use my Saffire Pro 40's as Mic Pre's on my MOTU 2408. Worked great.
just click on the load meter. It should pop up a box with the info.
I'm using the Behringer at work for a simple system, and running it at 1x128. I also experience the 1 slipped buffer immediately on starting the engine, but see no more. I have run it for days, and...
Network is solid, and the AP is about 20 feet from the Surface, and is a solid Cisco AP. I am the network admin on site (among other things), so I'm confident in the network. It of course could be...
I have SAC 3.1, and am trying to use it at my company to remotely control audio sources in our experience center. I am using a Microsoft surface running the remote.
The problem I am facing is...
I also got that using certain video cards. In my case, I was using the Intel HD graphics...once I upgraded to a decent AMD, it was fine. Eventually, I tried again with an updated GPU driver, and...
still available!
I used SAC to run live sound for my church, and it was great. Unfortunately the church has closed it's doors, so I no longer need the software.
First $200 takes it!
I also have a MOTU PCIe424...
If anyone is at infocomm, swing by booth 2253 and say hi. I am only here today, but would love to meet some of you. My company (Hiperwall) is an exhibitor. Ask for Steve.
weird...my systems are also very clean. I use the normal tweaks + some black viper tweaks. But I can reproduce it 100% of the time.
To recreate it, simply have one remote connected...then close the remote.
100% of the time on my system, I can not re-connect the remote...it gives me a version mismatch error.
That is what we have been doing (just dealing with it), and normally they aren't audible...the only exception to that is if the guitar player is riding the volume pedal, then they might be...we have...
Totally agree...I tried a lot of sims, and TH2 sounded great (admittedly with a lot of tweaking), and also allowed for control from a MIDI pedal in SAC. Love it.
I also use TH2, if you set your Electric Guitar input as a mono source, it will still output in stereo, I believe...I would have to double check, but I am almost positive that is how I have it set up.
on Win 7 x64, what does XP compatibility mode get you? I have been running without this since I set it up 2 years (or so) ago, with (I think) no issues...just wondering if there is a performance...
I'm curious...is your audio card PCI or PCIe? Mine is PCIe, and from my research, PCI Latency shouldn't affect that...but it may change other PCI devices and improve performance.
I only get slipped buffers if I change patches via MIDI.
For those that are using TH2...do any of you use MIDI to control it? I have a foot pedal in our system, and most of the time when we switch patches, we drop a few buffers...no big deal, just curious...
I use TH2 live in SAC, and am very happy with it. I am not the guitar player, but it sounds great to me, and the CPU load is significantly less than S-Gear.
don't worry about command line commands. Just use a static IP address on the wireless, but leave off a default gateway and DNS server info (IE: only enter the IP and the mask). Make sure that the...
