  1. Re: What is a good tablet for running SAC Remote?

    I didn't use many different models of tablets, but I had good success with used Motion Computing LE1600 and LE1600 tablets. They are, now, cheap, pen-only(Stylus) and basically reliable older...

    OK, just kidding.

    I found a pretty nice headphone amp through Elite Core Audio. They have a nice, fairly rugged headphone amp with Mono/Stereo switch two...

    Haven't posted in a while, but I saw the post about the braided cable thing and I just wanted to relay my experience. I've bought, maybe a dozen of these cables and really didn't like them. Too...
  4. Re: Monitor Self-Service with SAC 3.1 and new Midi-Templates

    Wish the bcr were more "native" to SAC. I couldn't even get my bcr to talk to my sac host with win7. I gave up, but I like the concept a lot and I'm pursuing it via other means.

    Re: Tablet touch and other

    I know about the shift+arrow button but as many channels as I'm using and as small as those buttons are, it would be easier to have a single bank button. The Behringer bcf2000 template has a single...
  6. Re: Low Profile Computer case, Raydat and PCIe Riser cables

    In this case, the riser is "rigid". There is no cable associated, the riser plugs into an open PCI slot and turns the orientation 90 degrees.

    I see what you're saying though, this is a Lenovo...

    Bob, may I suggest that the Zoom view channels were a good size but the fader knobs and buttons were too small within them. Would you consider enlarging the fader knobs and mute and solo buttons,...
  8. Re: Low Profile Computer case, Raydat and PCIe Riser cables

    I have a Lenovo M55 small form factor computer with a right angle PCI riser. It works well with the MOTU 424 card.

    I have other issues with the Lenovo box, but the riser card seems to work...

    OK, I used the Asus T100 tablet for a rehearsal yesterday. I don't get to play often, but I was asked to play bass for worship this Sunday, so I had the table with me.

    Few observations from actual...

    @CGrafx

    1. No, we have six wireless mixes on Sennheiser IEM 300 G2 versions and I haven't been happy with the sound of the limiters, though I could try again. They work fine, but the limiter...

    Re: Tablet touch and other

    @Naturally Digital

    Correct: we're using 424-PCI (not PCIe) - is it shown somewhere that the PCIe card has lower latency?

    Does the RME card have lower latency or is it more stable at 1x32 than...

    Except we're all in ears.

    I do have a pretty good understanding of phase and latency and I'm doing all the tricks I know.

    Re: Tablet touch and other

    Here's my reasoning for suggesting latency as an issue for vocalists. If you are able to listen on iem and can adjust latency, either by adjusting SAC settings or a delay somewhere else, you will...

    Re: Tablet touch and other

    We are at 1x64 and generally no latency complaints, but I really think a lot of reason vocalists "can't hear themselves" often is related to the latency we do have.

    Any reduction of significance...

    Tablet touch and other

    So I perused several threads regarding the bcr2000 and SAC 3.1, but I haven't found a clear answer.

    Can you run two BCF2000(or two Motormixes for that matter) for mutes, faders and solos AND one...
  18. Re: Taking The Battery Out Fixes Laptop Slipped Buffers
