When using my LS-9, you choose a User defined key which is like your F keys to choose the mix you want to go to with sends on faders which is real similar to SAC. Then at any point in any mix you can choose a select key for the channel you want to adjust the EQ on. I don't go to a certain mix to adjust the EQ, all the mixes basically or linked to the channel EQs which or the same for every channel. SAC allows you to do so much more with EQs on every mix. The key is you have 24 separate mixers. No other board has this. Much more flexibility in SAC depending on what you want to do. Thanks again for all the help Bob. Learning a lot. Can't wait to get this thing complete and running some shows. I will pull it out soon with a basic setup then a small band on July 4th. Then on to the festivals.
