Does Vienna Symphonic Library work in SS?

Do you mean vienna instruments pro? If so, yes it works well in SS.

Yes, I have the VSL Solo Strings 1 and the Sax 1 sets working fine in SAW and the MWS.

VSL is the most realistic I have heard but wanted to make sure it would work first.
