    thanks Richard, i had in and out both through yoke 1. it seems ok now, but still struggling with the config save in midiox.i save the profile etc, but on restart it only shows one of the bcf units in the config. ill play some more.

    Huh, sorry, don't know what's up there. I will look the next time I am at my system and see if I can see something special I did. I have MIDI-Ox and various MIDI gear at the home office here, but nothing to really test the virtual USB MIDI ports that that BCF driver creates.

    i tried on the same machine using xp instead of 7 and can save no problem at all,,but cannot save on 2 win 7 machines i have tried.
    one difference i noticed was on xp the bcf's show as usb device and usb device(2) , but in win 7 they both show the same name as bcf2000

    i have the routing sorted out and units functioning well, but cannot get midiox to save the config in win7.

    Sorry, my "embedded" remote, (displayless Dell Mini9 inside a flight case with two BCFs) is running on Windows XP...

    Make sure midiox is not trying to save config file to the install folder this is not allowed in win 7 if I remember correctly

    i tried saving in a different location, but still the same problem when midiox restarts.
    butch, do all your units get listed in midiox with the same name ? eg:bcf2000

    I don't use midi ox for the BCF2000 I just midi them together
    I have used midi ox for many other thing though
