Default OT small good quality flashlight

It seems that the children from Indonesia don't make a flashlight like they used to. The last four or five that I've gotten (from Mendards or Home Depot) have failed pretty promptly. I used to have a good yellow colored one that was lever activated and really thin to fit nicely in the back pocket, but it's long gone and I don't remember the model name.
What kind of light do you guys use that is good, durable, and small enough to comfortably fit in the back pocket?
    Thanks

(I don't work for nor am affiliated with the company or any distributors)
I just highly recommend them...from personal experience.

I have a Garrity (http://www.garritylites.com/) and the thing is like a little follow spot. The beam doesn't really adjust or focus all that much, but it has a nice beam and it doesn't flood the whole area with light - it's very controlled and not all that distracting when you're side stage.

More often than not though, I use the flashlight on my cell phone.

After trying several others and having them all develop issues of flickering and such in short order I recently went back to just using a good old fashioned MAG light and it's been holding up pretty well. They have LED units now and these are a lot brighter than their old incandesent unit. Although I still have a couple of the old one around as well. The only way I've been able to kill a mini MAG was when I had a bad set of batteries that leaked and then they swelled up inside the unit and I couldn't remove them.

I have had one of these in my pocket for well over a year. I use the thing practically every day and barring a dead battery one time, the thing has never failed me. The ironic part is that it was a freebee because of a higher-dollar flashlight I purchased from the same company. I can't believe it's < 7 bux. I may have to pick up an extra one myself. Water-proof and shock resistant. This, my friend, is the *perfect* pocket flashlight.

EDIT: I just purchased this flashlight to have as a spare and it seems they tack on 3 bux shipping. Still a bargain, IMHO at < 10 bux.

EDIT #2: I'd also like to add that the thing goes months without recharging the battery. I use PowerEx Imedion rechargeable batteries exclusively.

+1. You might check out the Coast flashlight, Richard. The MiniMag is a great flashlight (I own about 1/2 dozen of them), but this mini Coast flashlight is the perfect pocket flashlight. It's basically the size of a single AA battery and in over a year of being in my pocket (not the most friendly environment) it has never failed. If I recall, my GF actually accidentally washed and dried it once and it worked perfectly right out of the dryer.

Thanks for the feedback. Good info. I've had a couple of the Coast brand lights. I liked them alot but the durability and longevity was poor. I have a couple of Minimags but I prefer the push switch on the back over the twist on type. I like some of the Photon and Foursevens lights. I'll be checking them out.
    Thanks again.

I am a flashaholic. I am a member of Budget Light Forum and have a few dozen LED flashlights. What format are you looking for? rechargeables, 14500, 18650, 22650 batt? single AA? double AA? AAA, C, D? Price range? Single mode or multi mode? How bright do you need? Wicked bright or look in the back of a rack.
There are lots of lights out there from cheap to ridiculous. What you looking for?

    Larry,
Looking for something either with 2x AA or 2x AAA batteries, not rechargeable. Slim fit for the back pocket, bright but not so bright that it's distracting, on/off switch on the back with a push button. Price isn't much of a factor, I subscribe to the "buy once cry once" creed, but I won't pay $200 for a flashlight. $75 or less would be fine.
    Thanks
    Gil
