I get the "exception" error no matter what. I am running Windows 8.1 64bit.

Must have been a corrupted file.

Thanks to all for the prompt help.

Hope to have some new Shades up soon.

I guess it calls the alleged OT-ness into question. It's an interesting area, an undefined realm somewhere between Bob's vision for SAW and the forum and the interests of a few SAWyers -- closer, perhaps to the latter. I hereby drop my alert to Defcon 2.
OT? Shades could become a critical part of the "purity of sound" in the control room, if it changes the "tonality" of the client!

I did get Power Shades working. Apparently something running in the background was conflicting with the ability to execute MSPaint or export BMP files. It all just started working later and has been working ever since. I am not sure what changed.

You're a punny guy, Carl! I love it.

Shades are SUPER VITAL to the SAW experience, especially for clients.

The contemporary and PT looking shades give it a wow factor. The vintage wood grain thing was frankly not giving clients confidence.

Dave, are you using Vintage? There are some cool looks out there in SAW Shade land.
