    I have done multi track recordings on X32 Rack and Full X32 into Cubase 8. Firewire and USB, very easy to do. Only problem I ever experienced with it was on the X32 Rack. For some reason and not always you would have to connect the USB cable between the rack and the computer before powering up the X32 rack. Not sure if it was just an ASIO driver issue etc. Once doing that once I could record for hours and hours with no problems. For live recordings just make sure you verify things are talking to one another before you intend on recording.
