    hmmmm......Nice, but looks old technology.
    We're in 2017 we don't need ADAT anymore!
    We need madi/dante digital preamp control from SAC
    Dedicated plugins and Waves Rack integration.
    Maybe a dedicated controller 16ch + encoders channel controller
    channels.

    USB Firewire Lightning etc all scare me
    As soon as connectors get a little old and loose you may have to reboot in the middle of a show to get connections back
    ADAT also may fall out but at least it can be hot reattached

    Whether USB 2.0. were reliable, it would be a good choice...weren´t it?

    It means that I have more than too much messages and
    have to delete a few to be able to receive or send any.
    Will do that in a minute....
