Here's one I have never seen before. I can add the plugin on a new session and it works fine. If I try to add to an old session, it won't load with a "Trouble Loading Plugin" error.
Any ideas?

Have you done something to your preferences or mix template to accommodate this new plug? Changed something about your system? Is it all old sessions or just those before a particular date?
The plugin is new and the only changed thing. So far it fails in any session I have saved except when starting from scratch and using the plugin.

New sessions will even work when reloaded and allow me to add more copies of the plugin. Removing all plugins from an old session doesn't change the failure.

I just loaded it into a session that failed before....stumped.

MMP,
I am really trying to following this, but I must admit, just a bit stumped!
First off, what do you mean by "old session"?
Second, "So far it fails in any session I have saved except when starting from scratch and using the plugin."
* So, if you save and then reload - the reload session fails?
So, new session, add plug-in, Status: OK! Correct?
Save this new session, re-load that session...what is the status?
Old session, add plug-in, Status: Not OK! Correct?
Any session that was made before the installation of the new plugin.
No...it still works in any session started from scratch since the plugin has been installed on the system.
Works. Correct.
It still works.
Not OK. Correct.

MMP,
Okay...we are getting somewhere now. Thanks for that.
Was the original session created in an older of SAW and then saved/updated in a newer version of SAW?
Can you recreate the old session in a new session and test the results?
* Note: SAW can store a lot of background information...maybe this has something to do with it.
If a new session works, but the old session does not, then there has to be something going on with the old session.
As a long shot, have you tried using an old session and then adding any other type of plug-in? Or is the problem just with Looperator?
MMP,
...would be great to be able to confirm this.I think it is a conflict with some other plugin/s.
