Default Phantom audio from ch 1 and 2

I had a very strange problem last night
doing a simple band using the file from last year with just a slight output patch change to add a delay zone
    Vocal on ch 1 and 2 guitar 3 bass 4 keys 5&6
output 1 feeding full range stereo pair of speakers
out 2 feeding mid high cabs and out 4 feeding subs
All working except voc 1 was always going to out 1 even when muted AND all outs muted
Killing the engine killed voc 1 and repatching ch 1 to something other than input 1 also killed it
Changing the software gain on input 1 did NOT change level so it must have been patched off before the gain point
And no it was not related to Solo which was set to out 9

It is repeatable with the same file

    Any Ideas

Also check that chan 1 is not up on another monitor mixer that may be assigned to the same device out as your multiple FOH outs... left over from the old session perhaps.

All Aux and monitors are OFF I even assigned them to no output
In other words ALL SAC outputs can be turned OFF and I still have sound from output 1
I have tried with both Raydat card and with Firewire on Profire 2626 Also a new production works fine just the old one
The old production was on 3.1 and I am using it on 4.3 I used the save to and recall all to update the EQ patches I think something went wrong in this

I did not notice this was happening until show time which made for an interesting show I just turned down the amp for the problem ch and brought up levels in SAC and made it OK
I have done about 1500 shows with SAC/SAW and never saw this before
    Maybe just corrupt file

    Butch,

No saying that I can help you....but this would have nothing at all to with the added channels for 4.3?

...or the Link FOH Partial Chans to All Mixers option in the Scene Properties dialog?

    Just a thought...or two?!

I think it may be related to the repatching to get plugins numbered correctly (eq on outputs) from 3.1 to 4.3
I have zero'd out all channels and outputs (main and all monitors) except ch 1
and I still have audio passed to out 1
making a new production with same setup as original and all is OK

Just a computer thing I guess but something to watch out for

    Butch,

Sure, send it to me...can not hurt.

    Note: Oooopppssss....Got it!! Ouch!!

    Dell

PS: Can you send me the whole folder...along with the Scene files?

Thus far, I have added Studio_FX_FreqAnalyzer and TapeIt!...but am not seeing them inserted anywhere. Interesting!
