Hello,
I have been looking of a way to route Windows audio to SAC...and came across this little ditty: Wdm2Vst! The company is called "O Deus Audio".
As stated in the HelpFile, there are actually three plugins:
wdm2vst
This is a VST effect for mixing audio from WDM. When you drag this onto an audio track then the sound played to the WDM2VST Speakers audio device shall be available from the stereo VST audio channels. The wdm2vst VST plugin has 2 audio channels (stereo).
wdm2vstsyn
This is VST synth for mixing audio from WDM. When you drag this onto a MIDI track then the sound played to the WDM2VST Speakers audio device shall be available from the stereo VST audio channels. The wdm2vstsyn VST plugin has 2 audio channels (stereo).
vst2wdm
This is a VST effect for sending audio to WDM. When you drag this onto an audio track then the sound that is going to the track shall be sent to the WDM2VST Mix audio device for recording in WDM applications such as OBS or Skype.

So, I use wdm2vst to route a Windows application - called ChordPulse, into SAC, and then playback that output through SAC. Works great! Works great in SAW too!
Coast is: $24.95 AUD - $24.36CDN or $19.54US.
Note: 1954, great year by-the-way!
Be sure to check out ASIO Link as well.
