Having Trouble recording

When trying to record anything, I keep getting a warning:

Source Buffer UnderRun... Source Data
Not retrieved Fast Enough!

Any thoughts as to what my next step should be?

Need a little more information. What sound card? What buffer settings in the audio device setup? What driver protocol?

The point is, is that whatever problems you are having are "system-related" and not" software-related" - that is, pertaining to SAW itself.

So, the more info you can provide - the better. For example:

Type: Desktop/Laptop
OS:
RAM:
Sound card:
Drivers and version:
SAW version:
Audio Driver Model:
Audio Device Setup:
Have you completed any of the suggested "tweaks"?
A list of the number of background processes is helpful as well.

Provide this...and we will be able to assist you better.
