I found a bug on Graphic EQ.
When I move the 12Khz fader up or down, the audio will shift a bit to left , around -01.6 pan scale.

Is the EQ plugin... or the chan eq... and does the audio shift visibly or just audibly... and are you sure its just not the actual eq effect for the stereo audio content you are eqing.

Ok... Eq Plugin is fixed... new updates out there for both SAWStudio64 and SAC64 which include the fixed plugin.
