Look at the SACLink REC/Play Tap point in the SAC Mixer menu.

Hello,
There is an issue with the fade out function of Show Control when linked with SAC in that there is no fade when using the "Set Default Show Control Fade Time" option.
This function works fine with SAW as a standalone - but when used in conjunction with SAC - the fade no longer works.
Update #1: Now, I am not too sure if the all matters or not, but I do not have the [Input Chan Play Tap At PST-FDR] enabled in the SAC Link Options. I normally do. I will confirm this tomorrow.
Update #2: So I have confirmed it..."Cranial deprivation" - or in simpler terms - "USER ERROR". SO, I have decided to get a tattoo on the back of my left hand that says, "Input Chan Play Tap At PST-FDR"! What do you think - will it help?

Hello,
When using [Recall All From File To Channel], if the channel was previously stored with the [Channel Disable] - enabled, and then that data file was recalled, the [Chan Disable] LED lights, but the [X] symbol does not appear in the channel label area on the previously selected channel. You have disable then enable the [Channel Disable] option for the [X] symbol to appear in channel label area.
The same situation occurs if you use [Clear Current Channel] that had the [Channel Disable] - enabled. You have to disable then enable the [Channel Disable] option for the [X] symbol to disappear in channel label area.
I do hope that this makes sense?

I just started actually testing audio through my Win10 test config (connected ADA8200 to the RayDAT card) and I am unable to get audio to pass from any submix to the output busses.
If I assign an input channel directly to outputs 1-8, I get meters and audio.
If I assign the input channel to any of the submix busses 9-24 and then switch from group latch mode to submix mode I see meters on the 9-24 submixes but get no meters or audio through the output busses 1-8.
I've also checked this on my studio system running Win8 64-bit. Same result.
I've double checked to be sure I'm running latest version SAC64 V1-0c. I've even re-downloaded and re-installed just to be sure.

Philip,
I have never used sub-groups and such...but would the following be an accurate evaluation? I am comparing the latest 32-bit SAC version with the latest 64-bit SAC version - however on Windows 7.
Both procedures are identical and tested four times. If so, then there is a potential issue with Step #4 in the 64-bit version.
SAC 4.5 32-bit
#1: WaveFile Player plugin inserted on I-01
I-01 Out Asgn: 1+9
0-01 Out Asgn: 1+2
O-09 Out Asgn: Grp Latch
Observation: Meters all display signals.
~
#2: O-09 Out Asgn: Mstr 01
Observation: Meters all display signals.
~
#3: I-01 Out Asgn: 9
Observation: Meters all display signals.
~
#4: O-09 Out Asgn: Grp Latch
Observation: Meters display signals on I-01 and O-09 only. Reset O-09 to Mstr 01 display signals on all meters.
============================
SAC 1.0c 64-bit
#1: WaveFile Player plugin inserted on I-01
I-01 Out Asgn: 1+9
0-01 Out Asgn: 1+2
O-09 Out Asgn: Grp Latch
Observation: Meters all display signals.
~
#2: O-09 Out Asgn: Mstr 01
Observation: Meters all display signals.
~
#3: I-01 Out Asgn: 9
Observation: Meters display signals on I-01 and O-09 only.
~
#4: O-09 Out Asgn: Grp Latch
Observation: Meters display signals on I-01 and O-09 only.
1. Supply source audio to "Input Ch 1"
2. Assign "Input Ch 1" to "Output Ch 1"
3. Turn up both Input and Output Faders - you should see meters working on both input channel and output channel
4. Change "Input Ch 1" assignment from "1" to "9" - Assignment should be to O-09 only- not 1+9
5. Assign "Output Ch 9" to "Output Ch 1" - this changes the output from a group latch to an actual audio subgroup and should pass audio to "Output 1"
6. Turn up "Output Fader 9" - On my system you will see meter working on Output 9, but nothing on Output 1

Philip,
...This is what I thought that I was doing in Step #3.4. Change "Input Ch 1" assignment from "1" to "9" - Assignment should be to O-09 only- not 1+9
Regardless. when I again compared the 32-bit and the 64-bit versions, the error does show up in the 64-bit version under Windows 7.
