Been tryng this " https://en-us.sennheiser.com/drummica " in sawstudio and it seems to work ok. Apparently it's been out for a while, just thought I'd mention.

    Hi
    Reujonik,
Are you using this in Windows 10? It looks pretty impressive... and the price is certainly good.

    Thanks for the tip.

    Hi Richard,
My studio pc is still on windows 7 and it's stable on it. Sounds great and free to try.

    Bummer

I tried it in my system and as it was attempting to do its updates.
it just stared at me for six hours acting as it was updating.
Reloaded a few times to no avail.

Was looking forward to give it a try.

I didn't have that problem. I downloaded the program from the site, installed it and at no time did it attempt to update. Found the vst dll's, put them in the saw vst folder and everything's ok.

I downloaded it (5.1Gb took a while) it came down as drummica.iso (to large to burn to a nomal DVD) expanded it to a directory and installed it from there.
as it is a NI Kontakt instrument I do not see any .dll files all i can see in the Kontakt library is DrumMicA with 2 Instrument files DrumMic'a! V1_0 en.nki (english) and DrumMic'a! V1_0 de.nki (German).

Had a good play with it and I really like it, very versatile and flexible and usable definitely worth the effort (a true bargain)!

Can't understand the reference to vst .dll files though?

    Hi,
Go to https://www.powerdrumkit.com/download76187.php . At the bottom of the page you have the choice of downloading either a 64 bit vst or a 32 bit vst. Open the downloaded zip file and copy both of these files:

    MT-PowerDrumKit.dll

    and

    MT-PowerDrumKit-Content.pdk

    into your VST plugins folder."

I hope that works for you

I thought this discussion was about DrumMic'a!

But MT-Powerdrumkit looks interesting as well!

Sorry for any confusion. I installed both of these around the same time. DrumMic'a runs solely on Kontakt 5 player and MT-Powerdrumkit by vst.dll.
