    Default MWS limitations?

After having it for years and using it seldom, I have to do some serious manipulation of imported midi data in MWS.

I need to be able to copy all notes from one track to another. In Sonar, I would drag an empty track up next to the track I need to copy from so that I don't have to drag across multiple tracks and worry about a slip along the way. I want to do this with MWS, but from what I read in the help file, there is no way to move tracks up or down the way one can with audio tracks in SAW. I really need this. I can't be dragging data across a dozen tracks, and SAW doesn't make me do that with audio.

    Help?

    Cary,

Just shift-click and drag in any of the track number zones... you can move tracks into any order you want.

    And it works.
Now, how did I manage to miss that? And where is it in the help file?

    Thanks!

    Cary,

I just checked...and it looks as if this functionality maybe not mentioned...'cause maybe it is a SAW-Thingie?!

I checked again for "Track Positioning" - which is located on page 67 of the SAW manual...but not MWS.

If it worked like it does on SAW, you probably wouldn't have missed it. Oh, wait. It does.
