Best free or cheap LUFS meter?

I have until now ignored the LUFS metering system because I thought it was only for mix-to-picture work. I have been using K-12 metering when I mix and master so that I can judge overall loudness. Now I learn that Spotify and several other streaming services do loudness normalization to -14 LUFS. So, I guess I need a new tool. What are some preferred free or cheap LUFS metering plugins that I can use in SawStudio sessions?
