    Default OT: Valhalla Supermassive

    Good day,

    Something else for the RML family ... ValhallaSupermassive

    "ValhallaSupermassive is designed to blow your mind and your music to new levels of consciousness and experience! Luscious clouds of reverb, otherworldly delays, swelling waves of feedback unlike any you’ve heard before."

    Price: Free!

    Just tested this out! Very nice indeed! ... as are ALL of Valhalla's software. Plays very well with SAC and SAW too!

    I've repeatedly tried the download link, and am always presented with a page with this message:

    This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

    That sentence is followed with this:

    <Error>
    <Code>AccessDenied</Code>
    <Message>Request has expired</Message>
    <X-Amz-Expires>120</X-Amz-Expires>
    <Expires>2020-05-21T13:03:47Z</Expires>

    </Error>

    I did see this on the page, but have tried at least 15 times;

    Sometimes the Amazon S3 links take more than one click to download, so if you run into issues, try clicking a few more times!

    Has anyone but Dell been successful in downloading the plugin?

    Richard,

    Working here...and on three different browsers...

    You must be having a browser issues of some kind. Try [Ctrl+F5] to refresh your browser. Maybe clearing cookies and such may help?

    May I ask what browser you are using?

    Try this: [Click_Me]

    Well, wouldn't you know it? I just tried it again and it worked fine. Thanks Dell. I'm using Edge Beta, by the way. Seems to work fine normally. Must have been a glitch of some kind, but as I say, I just now tried it and the file downloaded as expected. Thanks again.

    Angie,

    I gather you mean by the selection of either the [<] or the [>] arrows?

    Or is the issue with the Preset listing?

    If so, no issues here. May I ask what the issues are?

    Won't move with the arrows and the selection menu isn't selecting anything. It has to be my system.

    Angie... try turning on the Disable Always Ontop option in my popup menu (Blue Pyramid Icon) at the top of the plugin window.... see if that works... some plugs need that disabled to operate menues.

    ...Not sure if this will have any residual effect...Valhalla uses JUCE for all of their plug-ins...so other than the actual effects routines, their preset management is all the same.

    As I noted, I have not had any issues with Supermassive - or any of their plug-ins for that matter.

    So, Angie, please let us know what you discover...very curious.

    By-the-way, have you demo's any of their other products to see if the function in the same manner? The Valhalla Freq Echo is also free...or try my favourite the Valhalla VintageVerb.
    * Note: If another plug-in displays the same issues, then it looks more to be system issues that an software issue. If you require any outside assistance, I can "remote-in" to have a peep? Love to help if I am able to.
