Regioans not snapping to tempo grid

Im having an issue with regions not snapping exactly to the tempo grid ( never seen this before ) some will be off by 1-20 ms , I will lay a gtr track for the chorus ( best take ) then copy/paste it to the next chorus and they are OFF ! weird. they will not snap to the click/tempo. any ideas ?

I think I found the problem ! my fault , my regions did not start/end on the tempo mapping messed all kinds of things up

...I am glad you fig'urd this out. Any attempts that I might have offered would be akin to seeing how quickly I can jump from one state/provinces border to another - as the whole concept of tempo mapping eludes me.

Anyhow...glad you resolved your issues.
