I use Vegas for video editing and a pile of dx audio plugins come with it. I searched the windows registry and deleted the entries for these plugins. I don't know if this is the right way to get rid of them but at least they don't show up in Saw any more. Tried Analogx app which didn't find any 64bit plugins, as you point only removes 32 bit versions.
Can you please post the entire registry key?
Thanks!

URS S SERIES
Not here to advertise anything but just remembered to insert one of my old SSL plugins into my 32bit system and whalaaaa...
A cool plugin for all you out there wondering how to use SSL EQ without killing the CPU, while avoid using Waves: URS plugins,
S series VST plugin 32bit costing around 50$. Maybe a bit much but Eq sounds great!!!
It's not free but its lite on cpu and you can actually crank it, distort the input and lower the out, and
it does the trick! It's an old plugin but still rocks.

A little notice for using VST plugins in SAC, that do have latency!
You can use all those plugins inside of the Xlutop Chainer plugin, that is a VST host
plugin, and also has it's own way of showing controls. Some of the plugins
that don't have their own gui's, or maybe the graphics are too heavy and cause
dropouts, you will be able to edit without opening their interface, through a dedicated editor
window, that won't stress your CPU
The plugin is not free but it does the trick.
Also you can use trigger plugins, samples, IR in different sample rate
and still use it inside SAC.
Cheers
