mws live mode

Hi Folks, To play and hear a vsti in mws I go into live mode and consequently the transport runs. Is there a way to go into live mode without the transport running?

Hi Dell, Yeah, I know that, but the transport runs. Is there any way to go live without the transport running. I'm using saw with sac. I'm sure I'm missing something simple.

Flipping into live mode with the L key or by right-clicking the play button or the top of a vst plugin should not engage the transport... it should remain stationary.

With SAC running and the link engaged, Live mode in SAW is disengaged and you would patch the vst plugs into SAC since it is the actual audio engine at that point.
