Default Insert note or comment on multi-track

    Hi, there.

Somewhere in the distant past, I think I remember a setting (or maybe a plug-in) that allows me to insert a note or comment on the multi-track (or maybe in the regions list?) as a reminder or ID of multi-track segments. More than just naming the regions - details of what the region segment(s) do or how they're created, or something like that.

Am I mis-remembering? Or maybe just wishful thinking?

    Thanks for any help.

One idea is to use cue locations in the Control Track. Stack them when you need to make longer notes.

There are plugins for entering text. These are two I found on a quick search:

Never used this, but stumbled on it on the net a while back:

I was about to say the same thing!

I tried a few text/note plugins in the distant passed, but they always caused problems. Lately, my experience with the Melda stuff has been all good, so I'm optimistic about this one.
