AA Translator error

I use AA Translator all the time for xml transfers from our video editors using Adobe Premier and we are about to increase production.
Sometimes the editors include media links which create errors in the translations. Usually, they can fix it with an adjustment and resend.

As far as video issues, we have problems all the time. I only ever can get an AVI in the video viewer. I have never been able to get an MP4 into SAW.
We use various converters, Adobe ME, Any Video Converter. Typically we are using a low res Vimeo download and it is a crap shoot.
Bob, I'll try your suggestion. Maybe me moving to the latest version of SAW Studio Full 64 will help...I don't know yet

I wonder if those will help with the RodeCaster Pro and Wireless Go2 audio files I've been having to convert. I have a new client churning out podcasts, etc and having to convert everything beforehand is not ideal.
