    Default O/T: Reverb Reduction.

Looking for suggestions for a workable reverb reducer for Saw Studio. We do post production for the GSO, and the conductor has inquired about doing this. The original recordings were made in a church. Two stately pieces for organ and orchestra are splendid in the rich acoustic of the church. The third, Verdi"s Symphony for Strings, has a brisk tempo and is blurred and swamped by too much reverb. Please let me know of any success's you have had with reverb reduction using SS.
    Thank you. ED

I have to do this frequently in post production. I've tried them all, and still find Zynaptiq's Unveil to be the best. To minimize artifacts I generally find a combination of Unveil and SPL's Transient Designer (from UAD or Plugin Alliance) is the most transparent.

I've used DeVerberate a few times over the years; Acon Digital makes good stuff!
