saw full to 64 bit

I'm thinking of upgrading to SAW 64 , to be able to use other plug ins aka Nectar 3 that I purchased and others. It looks like its a $200 upgrade. Does that also upgrade the levelizer and MWS or is that an additional charge ?

Also Will it load in and replace or do I have to reload all of my plug ins ?

If you move from the 32 bit to the 64 bit of course you are starting over with all new 64 bit plugins... it stays separate from the 32 bit version... they both remain intact.
