    Default Looking for shortcut

I've looked around in the manual...but is there a shortcut/keystroke for "go to measure xx". In DP it's the period, then you type whatever measure you want to jump to...24, 56, 2000...etc.

    Thanks

... not that I know of.

However, you can perform some tweaking in the TimeLine Menu.

    • For example:
    • TimeLine > Select: Tempo Mode
    • TimeLine > Snap-To-Grid: Enable
    • TimeLine > Grid Settings > Set Tempo Grid > Select: Measure

    See if that helps?

You can shift click on of the 4 locate points near the transport to set it to the current time there is about 15 more accessible in a menu (don't have the machine running, so this comment is subject to revision).

Ivanoff has the correct answer... but make sure your timeline is set to Tempo mode first.

    OK.... I see that...
I'd like to just type in the measure....and not the beats, etc...without having to click in the dialog box, but it is helpful.

Locate points are a good choice.
    Thanks Gents!

It's closer than you think: type in the measure number plus the > character and hit enter.

Hey, check this out: watch the display when you drag the playback cursor north of measure 9999.
