No, the Ui16 doesn’t have any direct computer connection that would allow it to be used as an audio interface.

You can install a Dante card in a Vi1. Se available cards here: https://www.soundcraft.com/en/products/vi-option-cards
If you then also install a Dante PCI card in your SAC pc, your should be able to route audio between the two mixers.
It's not a cheap solution and if you need IO local to your SAC rig (perhaps for headphones?) you'll need a Dante enabled IO device for that, or an analog snake from the Vi1 to the SAC rig.

The Ui16 (assuming it's this one: https://www.soundcraft.com/en/products/ui16) can't be connected to another mixer digitally. It's bigger brother the Ui24r as a USB out that let the mixer function as a soundcard. So the Ui24r can be connected to a SAC pc. I don't know how low latency/buffer size it's possible to get, but I suspect that it's probably not suited for realtime audio! Other than that you'll be limited by the maximum length of a USB cable when it comes to physically separate the two mixers. And local IO at the SAC rig is also not possible.
