Automation move: I should know this but... I've never tried before

Is there a way to select all the regions on all tracks and - at the same time - select the automation on the outputs? I need to slide an entire song several seconds. I can select the regions of course, but can I grab the automation on the outputs at the same time to do this move in one fell swoop?

Use the SlipTrack function from the right-click label poup menu.

Select all tracks, including out tracks... no need to select regions... instead mark from beg to end and then you can shift - left grab with the mouse inside the marked range and slide everything down the timeline.
