UADx in SS?

UA released the port of their currently-native-capable plugins for Windows a few days back. It was only then that I came to learn that they're all VST3 (plus AAX, etc.). No VST2 implementations.

What would those of you who've tried it suggest as the best way to make VST3 plugins work in SS?

I have my eye on metaplugin (but don't actually have) for the sidechaining - but it should host vst3.

Metaplugin is what I am using. Izotope just went all VST3 too.
My race car is starting to need bondo and duck tape to keep running.
