Trying To Purchase Upgrades

Went to online store trying to upgrade to Saw Studio 64, Levelizer 64 and Midi 64.
Just getting error codes. The state/region won't open. Any workarounds or options?
Looks like products are loading to the cart, but can't get into the checkout line.

I tried as a member and as "not a member". Same issue.
Please take my money, looking very forward to 64 world to get my iZotope 10 and other 64 toys working.

Love SAW, been here since the late 90's.

BTW, Izotope is all VST3 now, so you will need to use Metaplugin or BlueCat wrappers to use them in SAW64.
So are UAD & Waves for that matter.
