    Default Mute Button Color

As I'm learning the SAC system, more than once now I've caught myself missing a channel because it was muted and I hadn't noticed it. On most of the physical consoles I've used, it seems like the Mute button turns bright red when it is selected. I'm curious what the thinking was behind making it just sort of fade to black, and if there is any sort of workaround for it? Thanks!

    John,

Are you familiar with "shades"? There are number of such shades that will do what you are looking for.

It is also possible to update a particular shade to your preference.

PS: What shade are you currently using?

The darker color represents the button being pushed IN... which is when it is active... at least to my eyes anyway.

I guess I'm not familiar with "shades." Can you explain, please? I'm currently using the stock colors that came with the program.

For what it's worth, Bob, I really like what you did with the mute button coloring in SAWStudio 64!

    John,

Shades may be referred to "skins" in other environments.

SAW uses a different shades than SAC.

PS: I do better with a phone call....if yo give me a number I can call you and discuss this matter further...if you prefer? Send me a PM...we can then chat...

    Dave,

Haphazzard developed this shade for SAC. This shade was updated to 64-bit.
    • PS: I do have most of the various shades available - if needed.
    • Over 100 at my last count.
    • Give me a call sometime.
