FYI, the NiteShade ZIP contains an SHD file named "SAW-SubtleShade-64bit.shd." And the resulting interface design appears to be SubtleShade, too. Though I only gave it a quick glance.

For some reason it shows plugins that are not in the zip file when viewed on Google Drive...
