    Default Marking Threads

Is there a way to mark specific threads for quick reference later?

    Thanks,

I save them to a folder in my browser's "Favorites" menu.

You could also copy and paste the url's into a word doc or similar. This would allow you to add your own notes or descriptions beyond what fits in IE Favs. Save the doc on the desktop if you need it handy often.

Bill - one of my other jobs is as researcher / writer. For each project I often have to look through 100s of webpages.

A program that makes this process a little more sane is called Offline Commander, which is a web copier and offline explorer rolled into one. I'd highly recommend trying it out. It might take a little while to really get the hang of it - but if need be I'm here to help.

Its great way of keeping track of plug-in & product sites, industry news, and of course copying interesting threads for later reference.

Thanks guys! Sometimes I miss the forest. Offline Commander sounds like a great tool. I'll have to play with it a little. With a name like that, I'll flash back to my Navy days and feel like I have to salute.
