Happy Birthday and thanks for all your help during the year.

Yay! Another Michigander! I was born and raised in Big Rapids (home of Ferris State University), and moved to Grand Rapids where I lived for several years before coming to Vegas. As much as I love Vegas, it just wouldn't be Christmas without snow so I make it back every year to see my family. I've heard of Wyandotte before, but have never been there to my knowledge. Glad you get to make it back there once in awhile!
Take care,

Grew up in Warren, MI, moved to Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti after high school before moving to CA many years ago. I think Cary Cornett still lives near the MC in the freezing cold.Originally Posted by Jeanne Quinn

Ah, yes... I know the Battle of the Bands well. FSC - Starr Auditorium. I use to go every year to watch my rockstar wanna-be boyfriend. I won't mention how long ago either but interesting to think we may have crossed paths. Not sure how long you were in town but perhaps you stumbled across my parents music store - Quinn's Music. A lot of musicians, whether local or passing through know of it as it is/was the only place in town to pick up a set of strings or drumsticks at the last minute. Been there for about 35 years now I believe.Originally Posted by Mark Stebbeds

Sounds familar. We sucked, but one of our band members was going to school at FSU, so it was more of a popularity contest and we won.Originally Posted by Jeanne Quinn
