GET A VIRUS WHEN I HIT THIS SITE

Hi All I seem to be getting a web site popup every time I hit this forum, my antivirus SW states its a trogen (spell Check) virus, I chean it out come hear and get it again. below is the popup address DON'T GO THERE

Bob can someone check this out to verify somthing is not a miss here.

You must have something on your machine doing it - I don't have any pop ups here.

Try getting a trial version of ewido, I found it cleans these types of infections pretty quickly.

Thats the version I have and it does clean it but when I com back here bam I get it again. I think I here that word being wispered to me from the hard drive format FORRRRmaTTTT

Install AVAST anti virus - it will run a check of your HD after installation on a reboot from a low down system level. Should kill it dead. Deader than dead.

I check into the forum here dozens of times a day and I get no virus popups... not sure what may be happening, but my initial guess is that its something specific to your system.

There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the SS forum. You almost surely have a virus/trojan. What some of these jerks do once they infect you is intercept http requests. So, when you browse to a particular site (in this case the SS forum), they can redirect you or pop up a new page or whatever. Try turning off javascript and see if it still happens. NOD32 is excellent at catching/preventing/cleaning script-based viruses.

I browsed to the link you provided (*after* turning off javascript) and viewed the source which eventually led me to the following link -- it may be that whoever got you is using this company's service inappropriately. If I were you, I'd fill out this form using a disposable mail account just to be safe:
