Default bug? 32 and 24 bit regions in same track

    Hi Bob,

Came across a little bug I think, I had a short region (about 2 secs) from a 32bit file, preceded and followed by 24bit regions. I put short SoftEdges in both splices, and on playback there was a loud digital-hash-kind of noise at the first splice, the second splice worked fine. I didn't have time to investigate further so I just converted the 32bit file to 24bit and all was fine, but I thought you should know.

I don't believe SAW will read 32 bit files.

I just did some tests with a few 32 bit floating point regions against 24 bit regions... did some softedges and all seemed fine.

When you get a chance, see if you can give me an exact step by step setup that can duplicate the problem... not seeing any problem on first tests.
