In the Assistive Technology paragraph, the last line of obscured in Firefox. Other than that, looks fine.

    Thanks,

    Bertie,
When browsing with Firefox, the last line of the "Assitive Technology AT" paragraph is partially cut off so you can't read it. In IE, it looks fine.

FWIW, my monitor resolution is 1600x1200.

What a great service this will provide. Lots of info and a visitor can find most anything they need. But I have a few comments...fwiw:

"Computers and People with Disabilities." This imples you're going to talk about computers with disabilities..Computers for People..etc. (not exactly right) or "Making computers Work for People with disabilities"

I don't know, it's tough, but I think it shouldn't stand as is.

The site is a bit crowded, confusing. could be a lot clearer.

the hollow fonts add to a diffuse quality.

pics are dark and not so clear.

the header area doesn't completely make sense to me. the four areas or blocks are different heights (2 up, 2 down) and one has no color, together they crowd the title of the page, your main message: Computers and People with Disabilities.

I'd get rid of the three color boxes, they just repeat info you have in the main body. Make the title the main feature of the header and see then where you can clearly put the Contact and About links. I like your NGO info right out there.

    Hi Bertie,

It's a really bad idea to have absolutely-sized text boxes (not to mention absolutely-sized text). Remember that, aside from users having different browsers, they can also have different preferences for fonts. I typically increase the size of fonts by a few points (using the Ctrl + scroll technique), and your site doesn't adjust the text boxes to the size of the text, so text gets cut off.

One way to overcome the browser/font variables for a text block where there is no need to dynamically render it, is to make the whole box an image, with the font size, layout and line breaks all exactly as you like. Then everyone will see the same thing, Bertie.
