If you do quote my message... please also mention that I mean no disrespect and my attitude is truly one of confusion as to why this should not be fixable in a very short time.

I am prepared to make the necessary code changes on my end... I have been since this all started.

From what Bob said it sounds like all that needs to be done is to have one of their programmers to take the time to talk with our programmer (Bob) and then Bob will get some answers about their programming so he can adjust SS to work with their software. All they have to do is take the time to talk with Bob? Now if this happens and Bob gets his software to work with their software then they can know from the prgrammer of SS that their software now works and they can add it to there list of DAWs..... seems like it would help out their sales?

I hope they take the time....

Just purchased a license for Melodyne Uno and sent them an email in support of better compatibility for SAW Users.

They emailed me back here it is:

    Dear Matt,
Yes, just in the last few minutes I got 5 emails from different SAW
Studio users telling me the same thing. I know that you guys would
love to use Melodyne with Saw Studio and I will try to get Bob all
information he needs, however we're a very small group of people at
Celemony Software and we simply CAN'T expand the list of officially
supported hosts at this point, since this simply exceeds the amount
of work we can handle. We're not a company with 100 people like
    Steinberg, Digidesign or so.
Again I will do what I can to get the necessary information to Bob,
but please understand that this will be the only thing I can do at
this point. We currently have to focus on the DAWs we already support
which includes Logic, Cubase, Nuendo, ProTools, Sonar, Live and
Digital Performer. So we're talking about 7 softwares we have to
check, beta-test with Melodyne and we need to be able to do support
for. As you can imagine this is already a huge list and causes a lot
    of work.

I will send the same message to the other users, since I'm sure this
was initiated by someone on the Saw Forum.

    Best wishes,
    Joerg Huettner

Well as long as they get the information Bob has wanted we should be on our way?

Keep the pressure on these guys. SawStudio is not on their radar at all. See the dialogue below.

So we are clear. You have heard from SawStudio users on several occassions. You continually put SawStudio to the back of the pile and never get around to our simple request. I would say that is poor customer service. We are not talking days of time, we are talking at most an hour of time. An hour of a developer's time is worth a group of customer's satisfaction. Time to move it up on your priority list. We have been waiting for a long time. We are not asking for alot.

Bob Lentini has provided his users with a fabulous product that is very robust. I appreciate your team spending the small amount of time it would take to get the functionality into our systems. Thanks.
