I agree Bob. I need to point out that I have asked Celemony for a long time about this, and I feel it is ok to let them know I feel like I am getting more than slow and non-responsive customer service. Poor support. You are a one guy operation and we all get incredible support from you. So why is your support so much better?

They contacted me and said they would put me in touch with the R&D guys... but that it may take a little time because they are so busy.
Oh well... now we just wait.
