Veit's right. It's ironic given the mission statement of your company.
With very few exeptions, you should avoid fixed text whenever possible. You should always give users maximum flexibility WRT websites, assuming you want them to revisit and to encourage others to visit. If you just have to have Flash (of course, you don't ), do a mix of Flash (images) and HTML (text) so that the text isn't fixed.
Also, consider the issue others here raised of accessibility via non-computer-based browsers. And I gotta agree about the embedded audio thing -- not only kind of annoying, but seems extraneous in the context of your site.
FYI, I regularly increase the font size on web sites to make them easier to read, and all I have is a mild astigmatism in my left eye.
