Make sure the sysex file got down to the unit correctly and that you saved it in a preset and are using that preset.

The original Behringer utility did not work correctly for dumping the sysex files... try something like MidiOx.

Hey Hey Hey Got it fixed - turns out the problem was that the Midi-OX needed more delay between characters - now the info is in the unit and it works great. Thanks for the ideas!!
