Default Strangeness on my studio Machine

I noticed this odd behavior in the last version by accident. I opened an edl and hit "O" the shortcut to the output track and the cursor started moving and then SAW closed. This will happen even if there's no edl.

I downloaded 4.5 and get the same thing. If you do ANYTHING before you hit "O" this won't happen.

For grins, I loaded SAW on my office machine and it ddn't happen. Is anybody else getting this or is my setup odd bodkins?

    Thanks,
    Bill

No such thing over here. Are you on any prescription medications, Bill?

Unable to duplicate it here, perhaps there's something up with that EDL?

Try clearing any default mix template and also default preferences and reset the prefs.

Or... try installing a fresh copy into a test folder... see if it behaves the same. You can then just delete that folder install.

My "O" is the shortcut to Offset, not Output - am I missing something?

    "O" on Keyboard : offset
"O" in multitrack : Out Put, and I for input and R for return

Sorry, my bad! I misunderstood. Selecting O for output works fine here, even as first op after loading SS.

Thanks. I bet it's the default mix template. I'll take care of it when I get to the studio on Monday.

Dave - no, I'm not on prescription meds ... got any?
