Basically, it's just a matter of pulling lip from rear (outside) flange for removing, and carefully working the new pad back into the flange (groove).

Wow! The Markertek price is 1/2 what my eBay seller, Kohath, charged.

Oh, but wait. The Markertek price is per pad, so it's the same as I bought on eBay.

Kohath doesn't seem to have anything for sale right now.

FYI - the V6 and the MDR7506 pads ARE the same. They also fit a couple other Sony phones, but not sure which model numbers.

I usually kept a couple in 'stock' because I had several churches and venue customers with Sony phones and they were often coming up with torn pads.

Good eye. I was thinking it was for the pair ...but all of the retailers seem to be for one piece ...except the Hong Kong guy, but his shipping may be more.

I need to look at these a little closer. The Hong Kong guy also states in the Q&A that they are not OEM, so I wonder about the quality.

I'd go with the Markertek. They're here, they're a legit company, and they say they're selling Sony branded parts. Don't waste time with the HK vendor. What, to save a couple dollars?
