    Default Again: Saturdays Gig

    Hi,

as usual, some pics and again great thanks to Bob.

    A lot mics to mix

Some more mics (and the musicans appear..)

    (Part of) SAC City..

Showtime .... SAC can handle it...

We've got 45 minutes of heavy rain during soundcheck, making the place very wet.. but the sun came out afterwards and the show was great.

'... Das großzügige elektronische Equipment sorgte für Lautstärke und dafür, dass auch die umliegenden Anwohner noch etwas von der Darbietung hatten.... :-)'

The generous amount of electronic equipment creates volume and enables the close neigbourhood to take part on the show :-)

(From the report of the local newspaper)

Well, there were about 50 people around, but the whole situation was a little bit strange. Alf and I abondend FoH because thunder and lightning where very close and the umbrella covers only the equipment :-). And it was also not really tight, so water ran out of the keyboard afterwards. But everything keeps on working.

I would find a nice ladyfriend and ask her to sew velcro all around that umbrella, and then put together some side wall fabric or plastic with velcro on to slap up there quickly when the need arises. You lucked out with the wet equipment!

    Or get something like this:

    Hi,

well, the umbrella was not mine. The main problem was the pole in the middle (and the stones used to hold it), so we've lost some dry space in the middle. Next time I'll take a tend with me..

Found that picture from the same town but an other location, where rain hits us during the show in the 'good ole analogue days'..

    Tomy in the rain

With SAC there is much less to cover (and I got a spare keyboard with me).

LOL, wow, must have been windy to have to tie up the umbrella. The small SAC footprint does have it's advantages

    Hello Tommy,

I`ve just been told, that we will meet 13.07.2013 at "Kloster Triefenstein Open Air 2013". I will mix Albert Frey with my SAC-Rig, you will mix "Ebenbild" with your own SAC-Rig. Lets have Fun and a lot of "SAC-Talk" there

    Best Wishes
